Established in 1999. The pioneers of the team were able to bring the Market America National Meeting Seminar System (NMTSS), into the Dallas Fort Worth and surrounding area. This is a training system that enables all Market America Distributors to leverage. Like a franchise, our trainings are systemized and standardized to the Unfranchise way of Market America. In addition to the training we provide, business presentations are also being implemented around the area. With this system, we are able to ensure the Unfranchise System has been represented properly. Our team is dedicated to uphold the system, aid and facilitate the growth of the area, by developing leadership skills of distributors and unfranchise owners. We are leaders in the area not managers. Our role and contributions are on volunteer bases.

The DFW Local Leadership Team The DFW Local Leadership Team, consist of a team of leaders and commited Unfranchise Owners and distributors dedicated to the development of a systematic, coordinated and comprehensive business introduction, training, motivational, and support system in every location where there is a Market America organizational growth. This is a volunteer position. Each executive board member is selected based upon their success in their own Unfranchise business, their leadership skills and the service they are able to contribute to the area. The program is comprised of various types of meetings, trainings, seminars, rallies, and conventions. Utilizing this program enables all Market America distributors and UnFranchise owners to access the most competent speakers and trainers within Market America and the very best expertise in the industry with respect to building a strong distributor organization, using the UnFranchise Business Development System. Implementation of this program allows all Market America distributors to build their business anywhere in the Dallas Fort Worth and surrounding area. The following are Task of the Local Team: | Position | Role | Local Coordinator | Appointed by District. Locals Coordinators are incharge of local seminars held in the area they are appointed to. In addition, they are the gate keepers of NMTSS meetings in the area, ensuring NMTSS policy is up hold no one is training the area to death. | Local Admin Chair | Appointed by Local Coordinator, Admin Chair helps the Local Coordinators coordinates, local events. They are incharge of registration, tools, printing, internet management and tickets. | Local Physical Chair | Appointed by Local Coordinator, Physical Chair helps the local Coordinators coordinates, meeting rooms negotiation, sleeping room, photography, coordination of local challenges, speakers room and event room presentation and decoration. | Local Speaker Chair | Appointed by Local Coordinator, Speaker Chair helps the Local Coordinator coordinates, the speaker stay in the area, the agenda and the running and coordination of the event during the local. The are the person in charge of managing and maintaining the equipments and the upgrades. They work and appoints the shadow for the speakers. They are also there to help meets all the speakers needs and ensuring their stay is great in the area. | | Second Look

They ensure that our business presentation is ran at the best professional level possible, and also implementing NMTSS system. The team is ran like a min local, they have Admin Team, Physical Team and Speaker Team as well. | | Treasurer | Appointed by Local Coordinator, the Treasurer keeps the books. Make sure the local account is keep properly. | Secretary | Appointed by Local Coordinator, takes meeting note during meeting.
